This week I thought I would do something a little different (well sort of……it still includes stamping a wreath design!?). Using my all-time favourite Christmas stamp set, Peaceful Boughs, I created a piece of Christmas decor (see above). The larger images in the stamp set were perfect for stamping a larger wreath which I then mounted with Real Red cardstock before placing inside a square photo frame from Spotlight. I used a sentiment from the Toile Christmas bundle, and I have a confession to make……I bought the entire bundle for the two banner sentiments alone!!! And I must say that I am not disappointed as they are just gorgeous, and I know I will use them LOTS!!! The small gold stars were stamped using the smallest star in the So Many Stars Bundle and Delicata Ink. It really does have a lovely shine to it although it is hard to see in the photo. Overall, I am very happy with the result and I am now keen to try some of the other wonderful stamp sets included in the 2019 Holiday Catalogue, to make a range of Christmas ‘prints’……ummm!!!
