While we are so immersed in the new January – June 2020 Mini Catalogue and the Sale-A-Bration brochure it is easy to forget all the lovely product that can be found in the 2019-2020 Annual Catalogue. While we received the Daisy Lane stamp set as a gift when we attended Onstage Auckland way back in April 2019, I have only used it a couple of times. So today I decided that I needed to get it out, dust it off and use it to make a card. I also used the Medium Daisy punch which I purchased separately, however, the stamp set and punch are available as a bundle at a saving of 10%.

My card:

My card features one of my favourite colour schemes – green, purple, yellow and white. I love it so much that it even features in our garden where the majority of the plants produce white or purple flowers. I teamed Highland Heather with Gorgeous Grape and highlighted it with Granny Apple Green and yellow. Aren’t those little fluffy flower centres just the best??? I wanted to add to the garden feel by adding a strip of Whisper White cardstock behind the daisies. It had been embossed using the Pinewood Planks embossing folder to make it look like a fence. The fern leaves were stamped directly onto the card panel. The embossed strip was added and the diecut branches, which are from the Frosted Bouquet die set, and the daisies were adhered onto that. My greeting is from Itty Bitty Birthdays. It was stamped onto a diecut sentiment strip from the All Dressed Up die set. I really can’t tell you how much I love dies like this. They add such a professional finish to the greeting. I talk about another fantastic die from this set here. The card base is Highland Heather and the matt Gorgeous Grape.
