I recently purchased the Sailing Home Bundle and the Come Sail Away DSP. I have had the matching Baker’s Twine and Trinkets stashed in amongst my supplies for a while and finally decided that I ‘needed’ the stamps, dies and DSP. The colours of the DSP really appeal to me and I have already used the more ‘neutral’ patterns when creating other cards. See this post here.

I love the Everything Amazing stamp set and have used it quite a few times when creating birthday cards, so I thought that I might try combining the two to create birthday cards with a seafaring focus.

I found stamping and die cutting the images from the Sailing Home bundle so very easy as they line up perfectly. Card one features a Soft Suede and Night of Navy colour scheme and Card two, Cherry Cobbler and Black.

I was very happy with how with how these cards turned out and was pleased to be able to create some birthday cards that feature images other than florals.
