So Many Stars – with a twist

On my blog today I wanted to illustrate just how versatile the Christmas bundle So Many Stars truely is……so today’s cards are in fact, birthday cards!!!

These cards were super easy to put together. After stamping the background stamp repeatedly across the middle of the card in the lightest colour, I then added a few of the star outlines using the darkest colour. In the remaining spaces I used the smallest star die to cut and emboss the panel so that the contrast colour would show through. Add a stitched star, silver thread, glitter enamel dots and a sentiment and viola, my card is complete.

Card two uses a more feminine colour scheme of Melon Mambo, Daffodil Delight and Flirty Flamingo with gold thread. Which colour scheme is your favourite? I am not much of a pink person so I am a fan of card one.

So why don’t you challenge yourself to use your Christmas stamps for a birthday card, baby card, etc. Of course the same card reproduced using a traditional Christmas colour scheme and with a sentiment from Itty Bitty Christmas, would be perfect as well.

I also decided to include my latest decor item to further illustrate the versatility of this set. I used So Many Stars in conjunction with the Little Twinkle stamp set to make a gift for a newborn baby. I loved creating this project. The frame is from Spotlight.

If you would like to purchase any of the products that I used when creating these cards and this project, the links are included below for your shopping convenience. If you would like a copy of either the 2019 Holiday Catalogue or the 2019/2020 Annual Catalogue, please let me know and I will pop one in the post.

Thanks Michele.

Your cards are fabulous, but your frame is spectacular! They are all so pretty. I love the mix of stars on your cards and the wreath of stars in the frame is so beautiful.
