Welcome to the Art With Heart Team, Colour Creations Blog Hop, for 2021-2022. Each week members of the team will showcase a current colour (in alphabetical order) from the extensive Stampin’ Up! range.
Week 5: Blackberry Bliss
Blackberry Bliss is one of my favourite Stampin’ Up! colours. It is has lovely depth of colour and because of that I often use it as a ‘neutral’.
You will find a number of products in the new 2021-2022 Annual Catalogue that feature Blackberry Bliss including – Classic Stampin’ Pad, cardstock, Stampin’ Blends, ink refill, Regals Designer Series Paper pack and Regals Stampin’ Write Markers.
But my favourite Blackberry Bliss product is the gorgeous Pansy Petals DSP. I love everything about this paper – the colour palette, the images, the different scale in the designs, THE B-SIDES, THE B-SIDES, oh and did I say……THE B-SIDES!!! This paper is just so versatile.
I used this paper in Week 1 of our series when creating baby cards and I used it when creating my Mum’s birthday card, which is the feature of today’s blog. But it could also be used for Christmas, get well, thank you and friendship cards.
My card:
Today’s card, which is a fun-fold, has a window through to the fold out centre.
My card also features the Pansy Patch bundle which is part of the larger Pansy Petals suite,
The sentiments in this set are lovely. I particularly like the mix of fonts. And don’t you just love it when the dies and DSP coordinate.
My Mum loved her birthday card. Her birthday was the day before Mother’s Day and she said that the two cards she received this year were the best ever. She actually has a box in which she keeps all the cards I make for her. Cute!!! 🙂
