Sketch Challenge – #GDP278

It is time for a sketch challenge at the Global Design Project.

my card:

A sketch is a wonderful jumping off point when creating and is open to interpretation. As you can see I changed my card base to a square and my greeting is circular rather than the strip as suggested in the sketch.

I loved using the Pretty Perennial stamp set to create my card. It is a fabulous set and comes with coordinating dies.

it’s in the details:

  1. The rainbow strips were diecut using a die from the All Dressed Up set of dies. This is one of my go-to dies as I use it for sentiment strips often. You can see examples of this HERE and HERE.
  2. The sentiment is from the Enjoy the Moment stamp set (page 59 – JJ 2021 Mini)
  3. The stitched circle is from the Stitched Shapes set of dies
  4. The scalloped circle is from the Layering Circles set of dies
  5. I used the Matte Black Dots (page 11 – JJ 2021 Mini) as a finishing touch

Thanks for visiting. I hope you enjoyed my interpretation of the #GDP278 sketch. Please follow the link to the Global Design Project blog to see all the other wonderful projects created using this sketch.
