AWHT Colour Creations Blog Hop | Week 20 – Granny Apple Green

Welcome to the Art With Heart Team, Colour Creations Blog Hop, for 2021-2022. Each week members of the team will showcase a current colour (in alphabetical order) from the extensive Stampin’ Up! range.

Week 20: Granny Apple Green

You will find a number of products in the 2021-2022 Annual Catalogue and July to December 2021 Mini Catalogue that feature Granny Apple Green including – Classic Stampin’ Pad, cardstock, ink refill, Stampin’ Blends, Brights Designer Series Paper pack, Brights Stampin’ Write Markers, Watercolour Pencils Assortment 2, Soft Pastels and the Rainbow Glimmer Paper.

But my favourite products to feature the colour Granny Apple Green are……

……and I used both when creating my card for tonight’s blog hop.

This gorgeous designer series paper is available as a Host & Earn item and can be found on page 171 of the Annual Catalogue. I overlooked it for quite a while and now that I finally have it in my hot little hands, I can’t understand why it took so long for me to put it into my cart.

My card:

With warmer days and daylight savings upon us, I am starting to think of Summer and spending time at the beach.

What’s better than a choc-mint ice-cream (waffle cone of course), at your favourite place overlooking the ocean? I know!!! Two scoops of course.

These little Shaker Shapes are perfect for a card like this and it really is quite an easy card to make. I used the Foam Adhesive Strips | #141825, which can be found on page 167 of the Annual Catalogue, to add the required dimensions.

I am very partial to the greetings in this set. Not only do I love the fonts used, but the sentiments themselves, are fun and perfect for any age group and gender.
