It is time for a sketch challenge at the Global Design Project.
A sketch is a wonderful jumping off point when creating and is open to interpretation. As you can see I changed my card base to a square and my greeting is circular rather than the strip as suggested in the sketch. I loved using the Dear Doily Bundle to create this card. The colour scheme was inspired by the Coastal Cabana/Granny Apple Green reversible ribbon. It was one of the first things I purchased from the 2019 Occasions Catalogue, but I was yet to use it. I also used a piece of designer series paper from the Wood Textures 6 x 6 paper pack and loved that I was able to stamp directly onto this lighter piece. Some gold thread and a few sequins added the final touch.
