Welcome to Week One of the Heart of Christmas 2019 Blog Hop. Each week members of the Art With Heart team will post Christmas cards created using Stampin’ Up! products from not only the 2019/2020 Annual Catalogue but the new 2019 Holiday Catalogue.
My card uses the beautiful Peaceful Boughs bundle which can be found in the 2019 Holiday Catalogue. I absolutely love both the stamps and dies in this bundle, however, for this card I only used the smaller stamps to create a Christmas wreath design. I used my trusty Stamparatus when creating the wreath design. I really don’t know where I would be without it. I use it for just about all my stamping these days. The finished panel was matted with a piece of Wrapped in Plaid designer series paper. This 6in x 6in (15cm x 15cm) paper pack features gorgeous plaid designs with a touch of gold. Perfect for Christmas crafting.
The sentiment is from the new Itty Bitty Christmas stamp set. It joins the suite of Itty Bitty sentiment designs. Itty Bitty Birthdays is my go to for birthday sentiments and Itty Bitty Greetings has a sentiment to suit every occasion. I matted the stitched white circle with a scalloped circle of gold foil and attached it with Stampin Dimensionals. The completed panel was attached to a square Crumb Cake card base.
Most of the products I used when making this card will be available for purchase from 4 September 2019 when the new Holiday Catalogue goes live! In my opinion the Peaceful Boughs bundle should be at the top of your list.
