Welcome to the Monthly Art With Heart Creative Showcase. This month the Art With Heart Team have amazing projects to share with you that have been inspired by the card sketch below. The sketch is to be used as a starting point and has been interpreted in many creative ways by the Art With Heart Team.

When making my cards I stuck pretty closely to the sketch design. I love sketches and as a long time scrapbooker I have often used them to inspire me in my crafting. Sometimes I find that the sketch is simple a jumping off point for a creative idea. Alternatively, I like to take a sketch and use it in exactly the same way……just with different products. And……that is what I have done here. The same card but by using different products you can achieve a very different result.
The first card uses the soon to be retired Peaceful Poppies designer series paper. The red ombre paper makes a bold statement and helps highlight the dreamy poppy paper and the poppy die cut. The sentiment is from the Very Versailles stamp set and is a lovely generic greeting that would suit a birthday or if you simply want to make contact with a friend.
My second card highlights products from the Ornate Garden suite. The suite features in the new 2020-2021 Annual Catalogue and was made available as an early release. It works so well with the medium Daisy punch, which fortunately, is carrying over to the new catalogue. I am a big fan of the designer series paper in this suite. It is gorgeous.
